I have a feeling....at least for Marshall and Longview... it will mostly be the die hard fans that travel so Sulphur Springs. It's a 2 hour drive for a Friday night....that's tough. Even with just the die hards....it could be tight. We were at PT last season.....it wasn't pretty. Someone please tell PT to do something.

It's like we are saying welcome to the Lobos' House with all this green and sending a message to the rest of the district. Great Stuff.

I don't know about TH being the biggest threat...everybody better look close at Sulphur Springs...their QB is rated as the NO. 16 recruit in the nation with 4100 yds and 44 TDs last year and went 9-2 with both losses to a very good Whitehouse team...They have a transfer in, an all state RB from Alba Golden is what I hear...they defense returns 6 or 7 starters...they return their entire O line as well... We will have to turn out in force at Sulphur springs, although the Visitors side only holds 700-800 fans.... Can't wait for August...

Does anybody out there know OFFICIALLY where the first 2008 Lobo game will be played? Thanks.

Like the people @ Lobo Stadium standing at the fence on the south side (softball field side) or the north side (scoreboard side) watching through the fence??

Posts: 62 (02/11/08 18:26:46) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts	That's pretty sorry on the Marshall PD's part, especially if there stadium won't accomodate the Lobo Nation that is willing to pay but has no room to get into the stadium. Of course, Marshall also decided to deny that there stadium be renamed after the 1 great player they ever had, Y.A. Tittle.
